  • Using Insurance

I am in-network with Premera Insurance (including Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise). If you are using this insurance, your cost-per-session will depend on your benefits. I can work with you to determine your benefits.

    Private Pay

If you do not have Premera insurance, my private pay fee is $150 / 50-minute session.

I accept payment by major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. Payment is due at the completion of the session, your card on file will be automatically billed after each session.

You are financially responsible for each of your appointments. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) and no-shows will be charged the full-session fee.

  • In-person, video, and phone sessions are available.

In-person sessions are offered at my office in South Lake Union:

1200 Westlake Ave. N, Seattle, WA (AGC Building)

  • Therapy should meet your goals and needs. As my availability allows, we can meet weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on an as-needed basis. I recommend that for new clients we meet weekly for at least two weeks to establish a rhythm and understanding of your situation, and then assess the best session frequency for you to meet your goals.

Once you begin therapy, we will assess your progress and goals regularly. Some clients are interested in working on a particular concern for a few months, others are seeking ongoing therapy sessions for continued growth. I will provide my professional recommendation for what you would benefit from based on your situation, but it will always be up to you how long you choose to continue in therapy.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good FaithEstimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
