Therapy for college students and young adults.

I work with my clients to navigate the many opportunities, challenges, and transitions that come with being in young adulthood.

Whether you are in college, recently graduated, or in your late twenties, I can support you in reaching your goals and understanding how your past experiences and identities impact your life today.

  • I have worked with college students and young adults for over ten years. After working closely with young adults for many years in college student involvement roles, I decided to transition to supporting young adults directly with their mental health.

I believe therapy can be transformative, a place to learn about yourself, different mental health strategies, and how the communities and systems you live in impact you.

I know that sometimes therapy can feel intimidating, but it can also be freeing, and sometimes a little fun! Whether you’ve been in therapy before or are just beginning your mental health journey, I look forward to helping you explore your past, your inner self, and what you want out of life.

I specialize in working with young adults in the areas of:

  • Relationships and sex

  • Identity exploration and development

  • Friends and family expectations

  • Friendships

  • Boundaries

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Past trauma and abuse

  • Productivity and time-management

  • ADHD

  • Career planning

  • Academic progress
