Typically mental health services will be the same cost to you as a doctor’s office visit.

The rate for a 50-minute session is $150. I offer reduced rates based on financial situation. If you need a reduced rate please ask me about it. I never want therapy to be too expensive to access!

I specialize in working with men because they are often an underserved population in therapy. Many men have not been encouraged to develop emotional intelligence, which can lead to feelings of disconnection and isolation. In many cases, they rely on the women in their lives to help them navigate emotions and understand their inner experiences. My goal is to provide men with the tools to identify, process, and express their emotions in a healthy way — allowing them to show up as their best selves in their relationships, careers, and personal lives while maintaining control over their emotions.

I use a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, helping clients build on their existing abilities to create meaningful change. For clients that are interested in addressing past experiences, I incorporate Lifespan Integration, a gentle yet powerful therapy that promotes healing by integrating past experiences with present awareness.
For clients experiencing ADHD, I focus on improving executive functioning skills, such as time management, organization, impulse control, and emotional regulation. My goal is to equip clients with practical strategies that enhance their daily lives and overall well-being.

Lifespan Integration (LI) is a therapy technique that helps individuals heal from past trauma and attachment issues by integrating life experiences on a deep neural level. Using a structured “Time Line” of memories, clients mentally revisit key moments in their lives through repeated visualizations or “movies.” This process helps the unconscious mind reorganize past experiences, reducing emotional intensity and fostering healthier responses in the present.
LI is particularly effective for individuals with memory gaps or early trauma, as it creates a coherent life narrative without requiring extensive verbal processing. By linking present emotions and behaviors to past experiences, LI gently “resets” outdated defensive responses, leading to lasting emotional and behavioral change. Clients often report feeling more self-accepting, emotionally connected, and better able to navigate relationships.
